Meaning Behind “Into the Moon”
“Full woman, fleshly apple, hot moon…what obscure brilliance opens between your columns?” – Pablo Neruda
The moon carries a multitude of meanings. For some, it is lunacy. For others, hope, change, beauty, the meaning of the universe, transformation, womanhood. The moon is mysterious – a destination most of us will never see with our own eyes. It is untethered, an honest blend of darkness and light, always in the throws of some brilliant realization.
If countless, poems, songs, and celebrations are anything to go by, we cannot deny our infatuation with this not-so-distant orb, or our need to explore the unknown. This blog delves straight into that unknown space and celebrates free thought, healthy living, and exploration.
